Frequently Asked Questions

Please contact me for further information if you cannot find the answers to your questions.

Dogs are kept on lead unless owner is happy for the dog be off the lead and they must have a reliable recall.  On a recall training sessions puppies are on a long lead .

This is highly recommended as it is important that the whole family is training the dog in the same way.

Flexi leads  are not permitted on training sessions to avoid injury. Please bring a normal lead at least 120cm long or preferably a longer one (2m ) so that your dog has enough space to move.  A long lead (10m or more) is recommend for recall training.

If you book and prepay for a package of training sessions, you will have the right to terminate this agreement and get a prorata refund for any unused sessions.  For a single sessions 48 hours notice is required to allow for it to be rebooked otherwise full payment will be due.

No. Please consult a dog behaviourist to help you with this.
